We want you to be happy with Bamsirev Pro. If you're not, you can have your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, of a yearly renewal, or of buying Lifetime, we'll refund it in full. No questions asked. A refunded Lifetime purchase switches that car back to the free plan.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time through Manage subscription on our website, and you won't be charged again. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't usually refund part-used periods, but if something went wrong, tell us and we'll look at it fairly.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your car code or the receipt number from your Stripe receipt. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
